To Upgrade:  

• you must first have your original program registered.
• you must send in your original program for us (Knit Knack Shop, inc., 3378 W 550 N, Peru, IN 46970) so we can send it to the company – then the company will send us a new program to send to you.
• allow time for shipping to and from the company and then to you.

The new program comes on a CD.  If you wish to have a download, register your product first.  Then contact Tech Support with the information on the cover of the CD and they will supply you the download.
